BCE Northern is proud to partner with Capita in delivering North Tyneside Council’s bold vision for the transformation of Bedford Street, North Shields.  
 
The revitalized street will feature high-quality paving, mature trees, and enhanced seating areas, creating a more inviting and modern public space. The scheme will bring Bedford Street up to the same high standard as other regeneration projects in the town, incorporating new lighting, landscaping, and an extended pedestrian area.

Lizard Lane & Reynolds Avenue – SOUTH Tyneside Council 

Reynolds Avenue will be the first development in South Tyneside certified to the ‘Passivhaus Standard’ of ultra-energy efficient houses, minimising energy use and carbon emissions with triple glazed windows, high levels of insulation, south facing to maximise solar energy and built in terraces to reduce heat loss. The Lizard Lane development will provide 12 ‘A’ rated homes for energy consumption and will come complete with solar panels, thermal store and battery storage.

Newcastle International Airport SOLAR FARM – Vital Energi

 BCE Northern Ltd is proud to be working with VItal Energi as sub-contractor in the initial phase of production. Work includes bulk earthworks to formation of a new 1km access road, imported fill materials, section 278 junction construction, Kerbing and drainage, reinforced concrete slabs and foundations to new substation bases, directional drilling and ductwork’s to cabling infrastructure.
